At the heart of it
Who I Am
I’m real, driven, and passionate about what I do. I enjoy dancing through life to the best of my ability, and I’ll be proud to say I did it my way.
I started ballet at the age of three and have revisited the genre at various points along the way. I’ve tried many styles over the years, from ballroom to belly dancing, Argentine tango, salsa, and modern jive.
In my youth, I practically lived in the swimming pool and was part of most school sports teams. Gymnastics, in particular, had a big influence on my body, mind, and mindset.
I’m an outgoing, positive individual who usually wears a smile. A loyal friend, a team player and an all-round good egg (so I’m told).
My Approach
I take a thoughtful, practical approach to every project. My word is my bond, and I go to great lengths to honour it. Whether it’s hitting deadlines or holding up the mirror, I aim to bring people together, create space for discovery, and uncover what’s often overlooked.
My Methodology
I spend time truly understanding a client’s needs, communicating openly about progress, setbacks, and everything in between.
I immerse myself in leadership culture, team dynamics, and all relevant strategies, research, and documentation. I analyse sector trends, competitors, stats, trade associations, funding routes, and market pressures.
In short, I become an expert in your world quickly.
From there, I help design a clear, confident roadmap built on trust, curiosity, and direction. Like Alice, we need to know where we’re going, because direction is everything.
Together, we uncover internal and external barriers. We ask the right questions to define what success looks like. I believe the most important resource in any organisation is its people, and when people feel seen and involved, amazing things happen.
What You Can Expect
I collaborate across the board. I build trust, join the dots, and help people pull in the same direction. I focus on long-term value, not short-term wins.
- Yes, I go the extra mile.
- Yes, I speak up when something’s not right.
- Yes, I own my mistakes — and expect the same in return.
I’m fair but firm. Honest, always. And I don’t like to waste my breath, included.
Kindness is one of my strengths, but don’t mistake that for softness.
I’ve been known to use Gantt charts to keep projects on track, simple, clear, and collaborative. Tools like Monday.com make that easier nowadays, but I’ve kept momentum high even without them.
I adapt. I stay curious. I’m not afraid of change.
Like a phoenix, I’ve learned to rise through the flames; stronger, clearer, and more focused with every challenge.
What I’m Looking For
While consultancy and freelance projects still have their place, I’m now seeking a full-time role.
I want to be part of a forward-thinking, inclusive organisation that puts its clients at the heart of everything, values every voice, and strives to make a real difference.
Somewhere that welcomes fresh ideas, nurtures potential, and delivers on its promises. That’s where I do my best work.
